The first chart illustrates why students study for, according to various age group while the other chart represents the percentage of employer’s help with shift and wage by ages.
Overall, under 26 years old people motivate themselves study for career mostly while the students that over 49, are for interest. In the young ages, employer are more understanding for their employees with time off and fees but older bosses are not emphathetic that much.
It can be seen the complete oppositeness in the first chart between study for career and interest. 80% of the students in under 26 prefer to study for career although this rate decrease with the increasing age. It fall over just under 20% for over 49 age students. In contrast, very few person choose to study for interest under the age of 26. (approximetely 10%) However, there is a gradually growth in the elder ages. It reach nearly 70% in the over 49 age of learners.
In the second chart, the most supportive employers are in the age of under 26 while the least supportives are at the 30-39 ages. (just over 60% and 30% respectively.) Percentage of 26 to 29 age promoter bosses is approximately 50%. Generation of between 40 and 49 backup to workers with well over 30%. Over 40% is the rate of supportive boss that over 49 years old.
