The diagram illustrates the process of making brick for building industry.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that there are 7 stages, which can be organized into 3 main steps. These include digging raw materials, followed by drying bricks and finally delivering the end product.
The first stage of the process is that clay is taken from the ground by digger and then transferred to a metal grid to be broken into pieces. After it passes onto a roller to be mixed with sand and water. The mixture is put into either mould or wire cutter for the purpose of forming the shape of brick.
In the subsequent stage, the clay bricks are neatly stacked into a drying oven from 1 to 2 days. Next, the bricks are heated at moderate temperature (200-900 degree Celsius) in a kiln. The heat is then increased to the high level (870-1300 degree Celsius). After that, bricks are cooled in a specialized chamber between 2-3 days before being packaged. In the last stage, the final product is shipped by the trucks or lorries.
