More specifically, the proportion of city dwellers who went to a cafe accounted for slightly less than 65% in Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart respectively. 45% of people living in the city of Sydney bought instant coffee during the previous 4 weeks, which was 10% less than that of people in Hobart.
By contrast, approximately a third of people living in Brisbane and Adelaide purchased fresh coffee, which was by far the least figure. Moreover, in the former city it was far more preferable to buy instant coffee than in other given cities, comprising about 53%.
