Dear Amber,
I hope you are doing well with your family. Thank you for your letter asking me for my advice concerning how you plan to visit my city, and I will try to make some useful suggestions.
This is your first-time visit to Hong Kong, and I am sure you will enjoy your stay and have excellent memories. Once you finish your meeting in Wan Chai, you can spend two days enjoying the city, especially the illumination shows in Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade at night that is a wonderful treat to admire the lights filled with colours on the boat.
If your accommodation is not already settled by your company, you can stay at the Four Seasons Hotel which is a comfortable and convenient hotel where you can join the free tour guide and grab the daily necessities in a convenience store nearby. I would recommend you bring some warm clothes as you will be visiting in December. Of cause, do not forget to bring your camera to capture the beautiful city view.
I am looking forward to having you in my city soon.
Warm wishes,
Chris Wong
