It is observed that the computer ownership has increased over the years and this is common significantly higher in the postgraduate population.
According to the first graph, during 2002, the portion of people owner of a computer had been reaching 50%, that have been steaded upward, therefore to 2010, the highest amount of ownership is recorded in three quarters of this population.
In terms of level of education, there are a rise significantly when the people complete studies along their lifes. A group of people who did not recieve a high school diploma posses the lowest amount of computer. The rank followed by high school graduates, who did not finish the college and bachelor degree, whereas the ownership for the group of postgraduates is the highest percentage.
Overall, there are significant changes between the gap of 10 years from 2002 to 2010, the rise has been proportional.
