The diagram below shows the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.
The diagram presents the manufacturing process of cement and the way to produce concrete for building purposes by cement product. Overall, it can be seen that the methods of production cement have four stages, while concreate production is only mixing the material in a concrete mixer.
Moving to a more detailed analysis, the first diagrams, the ingredient such as limestone and clay that have been destroyed by crushers in order to be powder. In the following of this, the powder passes through a mixer and afterwards, it is rotated by a heater which forms into pasta. This paste is ground to be cement. Once, it has been done the cement is ready to pack in bags.
The second stages show that cement can be used to produce concrete. This process is a simple procedure which is a mixture of cement 15 %, water 10 %, sand 25 % and gravel 50 % respectively. These are all poured into a concrete mixer which continually rotates to combine the material and then produce concrete.
