The flow chart indicates the manufacturing of electrical circuit boards.
Overall, It can be seen that there are seven different steps involved in the process of producing a circuit board.
Firstly, All the necessary raw materials like board material required for the processing are delivered to the unit. After that, the board is chopped off into various necessary sizes and all the fresh material is sprayed with a fire retardant; At the same time, cleaning work is also done. Further, the pieces of boards went through the main process known as automated IC attachment and with that soldering. Then, the product has to clear the visual inspection as well as quality control testing, and the rejected chips from the boards are dumped away. Whereas, the finished product goes further for final testing.
On the other hand, The cleared product goes for its last process, the packaging. When the ready item gets wrapped, It gets loaded into the trucks and delivered to various factories.
