Some people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social-networking sites. Other people prefer not to create such records. Which approach do you prefer, and why? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Many people have different believes about the role social-networking platforms play in our lives. In my opinion, I think that uploading your data to social media should be discouraged. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the subsequent paragraphs.
First of all, records kept in the social-networking sites can be use against you in the future. Most especially, people that want your downfall will do everything possible to bring you down. When they see something that is very useful to them to achieve their plans they will use it. Drawing from my own personal experience. Several years ago in Nigeria, a man named John Foster contested for the presidential position in Nigeria. Mr. John is a very famous celebrity known all over Nigeria. He usually likes to post pictures of himself drinking, smoking, and partying in hotels and other social gatherings. After so many years of doing this, he stopped smoking and drinking in order to live a healthy lifestyle. During his presidential campaign, many people talked about him and vowed that they would not vote for any other candidate except him. His political opponents tried many times to bring him down but their efforts prove futile. One day, one of them went to Mr. John's social media account, and copied all those pictures he took several years ago when he was still smoking and drinking, and circulated it online. When people saw it, they lost hope in Mr. John. Nobody wanted to associate with him because they thought he is still living those lifestyles. Because of this Mr. John lost the election. This example clearly shows why it not good to upload your pictures or records on social media.
Secondly, records posted online can be used to swindle people. More importantly, fraudulent people can use it for their selfish gains. I had to admit that my opinion on this matter is profoundly influenced by personal experience. In the year 2002 in Nigeria, before Late Mrs Jane Peters died, she was known as an advocate of charity. She usually use her social media platforms to talk about charity and even seek funds which she will distribute to the less privileged. Pictures were uploaded which contain the account number which people can transfer money to. Later, someone collected some pictures from Mrs Jane's social media account and changed the account number to his. He used this method to deceive people into transferring money to him until he was caught. When the news got to people, they were very sad that they have been deceived by a fraudster. Since then, people don't like to donate online again.
In conclusion, I feel that people should not upload their data online. this is because it can be use to work against you in the future. Also, your records can be use for fraudulent activities.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
