The table gives information about students' attitude regarding one university in 2000, 2005 and 2010. According to the data given by the table, it can be clearly seen that there is an improvement in university facilities and services apart from the range of modules offered.
Having an analysis by level of rating, the electronic resource records a dramatic increase more than the other aspect. The teaching quality and print resource have a fluctuating trend. Meanwhile, building and teaching facilities have maintained stability in the years mentioned. Finally, the only aspect that still has gained an increased depreciation among students is the range of modules offered.
Another thing to point out is that the print resource is the most appreciated aspect every year, having an average rate of 88%, in opposition to the range of modules offered. Building and teaching facilities record the second high rate overall. In addition, the print and electronic resource have the same reputation (only 88%) in the final year.
To sum up, the quality of courses have not much rate than other facilities according to students.
