You have seen an advertisement in an Australian magazine for someone to live with a family for six months and look after their six-year-old child.
Write a letter to the parents. In your letter
explain why you would like the job
give details of why you would be a suitable person to employ
say how you would spend your free time while you are in Australia
Dear Sir/Mam,
I am writing this letter in response to an advertisement which I had seen yesterday. The advertisement mentioned that an Australian family is looking for a babysitter for six-months to look after their six-year old child. And, I would like to apply for the job posted in the form of advertisement in the magazine.
I render a great service in taking care of kids because I had been professionally trained by one of the baby care institutes in my country. Besides, I have a good experience in raising a couple of younger siblings as the eldest child of my family. Plus, I love children and I consider them to provide a bundle of joy with various kinds of extra-curricular activities which will beneficial for your child in the future.
Moreover, in my leisure time, I would like to explore the culture and tradition of Australia as I like to enjoy new places as I am a traveler . You can check my travel history photographs which I have attached with this letter. Also, I have never visited Australia and it is in my travel bucket list. Therefore, I thought, it would be a best opportunity for me to travel Australia for six-months where I can work and see your country's culture , tradition, music, and exotic beach islands.
I hope that I will be selected for the vacant position of babysitter as per my experience which I have mentioned above.
I am hoping to hear a positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank
