The graph and table below give information about water use worldwide and water consumption in two different countries Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

The given charts depict the amount of water used by three different sectors around the world, and water use in Brazil and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Overall, the global consumption of water significantly increased between 1900 and 2000, in which the largest proportion was allocated for agricultural activities. In addition, the water use in Brazil in 2000 was much higher than that in the Congo.
In detail, agriculture needed 500 km3 of water in 1900, followed by industry and households with around one fifth of that. By 2000, the agriculture sector remained its highest position regarding water use, at 3000 km3. While a fourteenth-fold increase was witnessed in industrial use, from around 100 km3 in 1900 to 1400 km3 in 2000, the figures for homes slightly rose by 400 km3.
As can be seen from the table, in 2000, the populations of Brazil and the Congo were 176 million and 5.2 million respectively. Moreover, an individual in Brazil consumed 359 km3, considerably higher than that in the Congo with 8 km3. It is noticeable that the irrigated land in Brazil was 265 times as wide as that in the Congo, with 26,500 km2 and 100 km2 in turn.
