The table and the chart illustrate the data of visitors of Ashdown Museum and their level of satisfaction before and after the refurbishment of the museum.
Generally, more people were attracted to the place after the reconstruction. Most of them gave positive feedback than the period before.
Prior to the refurbishment, 74000 people visit Ashdown, but half of them gave unfavorable ranking, with 40% complaining that they were dissatisfied, and 10% of the visitors felt very dissatisfied. There were only 10% and 15% of the visitors satisfied and very dissatisfied with the service, while 5% left had no comments.
Following the year posterior to the renovation, the total number of guests increased by 18000, in which 10% felt satisfied when 35% said they were very satisfied. Besides, 20% of those rate negatively.
It can be seen that, there were a dramatical climb in the number of visitors to the museum owning to it renovation, accompany with the rise in the degree of satisfaction of the customers.
