Nowadays, the advent of internet and social media has played a vital role in everybody's lives living in the society. Some people believe that it is not a good idea to post your personal records on the internet. I, personally, on the other hand, think that uploading photos or other things to social media has some benefits making it worthwhile to do so. I feel this way for two significant reasons which I will explore in the following paragraphs.
First of all, when we keep our memories somewhere in online platforms, we can enjoy it more by looking at them or remembering the past events experienced by us. Our memory is a tricky one forgetting special events once experienced in the past. For instance, when I was studying in high school, we went on a trip hold by students. We had a lot of fun and entertainment convinced us to repeat the expedition again too. I posted the photos taken by friends and me in my personal social networking account to remember those good old days in the future. Hence, when I take a look at them now, I feel those excitement and great times we had together. Had not uploaded them on the internet, I could not have remembered them today after a couple of years gone by. This example shows how it is preferable to use this online tools as a memory tool to avoid forgetting good moments we had someday.
Last but not least, we usually tend to forget the details of events and special days we experienced before. This is because our brain focuses on one thing at a time which makes it difficult to concentrate on more thing simultaneously. By posting our own experiences on social media sites like Instagram, Twitter, TikTak and so on, we can take advantage of and bring almost every detail we can not focus on. My personal example is a good illustration of this concept. I once used to go to cinema to see movies with my colleagues. We talked a lot and had meals afterwards. But, after a couple of months, I usually didn't remember the details of our talking or films we saw. So, I decided to post some of the videos taken there by me and my counterparts, and it turned out to work for me. Because I was able to keep the most important nuisances in our speaking or main ones of the movies. If I had not kept them through social channels, I would not have been able to preserve those crucial nuisances today.
To put it all in a nutshell, although some may hold the opposite view, I prefer to make use of social media websites and applications to keep a record of my own memories. Not only does it provide a place to help remember our experiences and feel them when watched, but it also holds the details forgotten easily afterwards.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
