The three bar charts depict the participation in education, scientists and technicians and spending money on research and for both well developed and developing countries throughout the period of ten years which started from 1980.
Overall, it is evident that, the figure for industrialised countries always higher than developing countries. A significant growth visibled for for scientists and technicians and expanding make money on research.
According to the illustration, the population of economy growing countries started their schooling in the years of about 2.5 which were almost three times lower than industrialised countries. After ten years, the average year of schooling slightly increased by approximately by 1 year and 2 years for both countries respectively.
From the second bar chart, industrialised countries had over 40 people in per thousand as scientists and technicians which was nearly 30% higher than developing countries in 1980. But within ten years, the proportion of scientists reached at 70% in per thousand which was significantly higher by about 60% than the counterpart of developed countries. However, in research and development vulnerable economic country invested 50 billions USD wheras their opponent expended more than 100 billions USD. In 1990, both of these countries showed opposite trend ; economy growing country invested only about 25 billions USD while industrialised country invested 17 times higher than developing countries.
