Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
As one of the basic needs of humans, the matter of settlement has always been an important one. One of the most debated subjects is whether should we settle down in a city for life or move from place to place. Personally, moving from place to place is more beneficial as it brings forth new opportunities and people can gain a better understanding of the world.
Firstly, moving from place to place helps people gain a better understanding of the world. A variety in settlements enables people to be able to learn new skills and knowledge in such areas. For example, if a man moved to a farm, he would be able to learn the skills needed to work and live on such a farm such as milking cows, grooming the horses, and cleaning the stables, etc. Therefore, by moving to another place, not only did he manage to successfully increase his skillset but he also gained valuable knowledge about his newfound settlement. Furthermore, people can learn more thoroughly the culture of a place by living there. By moving from one place to another, people can gain vast knowledge about the cultures of the world. For instance, in many countries, nodding usually signals affirmation. However, in India, the opposite is true. This and many other cultural differences can only be learned and felt by living in these areas and fully embracing their culture. Therefore, by moving from one place to another, people can learn new skills and gain knowledge about the world not only naturally but also spiritually.
Secondly, not tying down to a specific area can open up various opportunities for people. Moving to these new places enables us to meet new people, inducing many new exciting opportunities to make important connections. These can vary from simple friends to important business partners, all of which can be significant to one’s life. Moreover, introducing oneself to a new environment can provide many new opportunities for a more satisfactory position in life. More specifically, if a man moves to a place that has more of a demand for his specific job, he naturally has a better chance of encountering a more satisfactory job offer. With a more satisfactory job, he will be able to support his life more comfortably. This matter is even more critical in cities such as New York, which has an especially high living cost and little demand for more workforce. Therefore, by moving to new places, people can encounter new opportunities both socially and economically.
In conclusion, I think that it is highly beneficial for people to not tie themselves down in a specific town and explore their options by moving from place to place as it helps them learn new skills, gain more knowledge about the world around them and provide themselves with new opportunities both socially and economically.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
