This report derives from two pictorials illustrating the current layout of a commercial area at the east of Norbiton and its renovation plan.
Generally speaking, the plan of redevelopment aims to turn the industrial section into a residential neighborhood with the construction of various supporting facilities.
In the north side of the renovation plan, a road along with a housing is to be built which will move the countryside far east. This north road is expected to pass through a bridge to join with the central roundabout while another highway from northeast is also to be connected expanding its openings from two to four. The plans to orient the eastern road towards a new school with latest residents is to be established on the both of this road. The northwestern highway is also oriented toward latest dwellings as well as other homes are also to be constructed beside it.
In the junction of the main road at the south, a new traffic circle is to be constructed. A medical center and shops beside the both traffic circle are to established.
