Dear Chinedu,
It's been a while and I hope this letter meets you well. I'm very excited to hear you will be visiting Abuja next month.
Abuja is a very beautiful and multi-cultural city. And as I'm sure you remember, I spent almost a year working in Abuja, so I'm quite familiar with the city. I will try my best to make your stay as stress-free as possible. Abuja has a lot places you can go to, but I will personally suggest you check out Abacha barracks, they have some old relics from the Nigerian civil war. Remember I once told you about the Arts and culture centre? It's a must see, with lots of nice things on display.
I know you like fish a lot, so I'll suggest a grilled fish spot known as "Ejanla", they sell arguably the best fish in abuja. You can also try out the local restaurants in Garki village area so as to get a taste of the local meals. In terms of transportation, I will recommend that you use the bolt cabs. They are very comfortable and relatively cheap. Also try registering with the tour buses, this will enable you to take a tour of the town.
I hope you have a wonderful stay in Abuja. Hopefully the information I gave you helps make your stay much more fun. Hope to catch up with you soon.
Your loving friend
Chidi
