Completing a university education is thought. On the other hand, other people think that getting experience and developing soft skills is more important. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.
there is a growing concern revolving around whether university graduation or practical experience is more imperative. The two given arguments entail valid reasons which will be discussed in this essay.
First and foremost, a convincing reason for the university's training system is that once the student finishes the course, they at least accommodate minimal requirements from the school, including basic concepts of the major, teamwork skill, etc, which means they are qualified to step into the working environment. another angle can be seen in the fact that while students are studying at university, there are plenty of workshops, and businesses that are searching for excel employees, therefore, the opportunities can come much easier as long as they know when to grasp them. take some renowned universities around the world like Havard or Cornell as examples, I would not put it past thousands of students to desire those schools due to their effective training systems.
On the other hand, people with a contrasting viewpoint argue that handy experience such as soft skills or internships plays a more crucial role. Obviously, in real situations, there could be countless unexpected cases in that students may not be taught at school. For example, a sale assistant, they have to deal with thousands of clients with various propensities, so only by working for a long time can they confidently tackle out-of-the-blue situations. another point that should be considered as the advantage of soft skills is independence. we generally take those skills for granted, but we forget that the more skills we gain, the more self-reliant we are and they definitely stand us in good stead down the road.
In conclusion, while many people regard graduation as more vital, others support soft skills and working experiences. From my perspective, I do see those are equally important and students can still finish their studying with flying colors and equip themselves with other skills through the Internet or extracurricular activities with a view to becoming as much well-rounded as possible
