The diagram below shows the manufacturing process for making sugar from sugar cane.
The given flowchart illustrates the manufacturing process of how suger produced from suger cane.
Overall, the diagram has seven stages, from gowing suger canes, up to 12-18 months, to cooled and dried suger, for consuming and consumers. The total process will be more than a year, as it is obvious.
Firstly, suger canes are grow, for a year or a year and a half, then these suger canes will be harvesting, by means of industrial machine or by mannual worker. After harvesting and sorting suger canes, they will crushed by another mechanized tool for having their juice.
Secondly, the juice will pured by the Limestone filter, then this purified jouice will heated in the Evaporator to result syrup. This syrup afterwards will seperated into two phase of suger crystals and syrup in a centrifuge, and will rotated in it. Last but not least , sugar sands will be resulted from cooling and drying seperated sugar, so at the end, sugar will be ready to consume.
