As a Vietnamese resident, I strongly suggest him who work as the community clean-up. He lives next to my house and he is about 60 years old. In recent years, the Dong Nai river was polluted by industrial waste and chemicals local factories and it has a negative impact to local people. His aims is remove as much the Travis from the river as possible. He spend almost his time for collecting rubbish everyday. Besides that, he always encourage the local communities should came together to clean up. However, he have not enough money to buy some equipment, so I think he is the best choice to get the reward.
I am looking forward to hearing about your consideration.
Best regard,
Jenny
