The graph below shows female unemployment rates in each country of the United Kingdom in 2013 and 2014.Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The bar chart elucidates the unemployment rates among women in the countries that make up the UK, both in 2013 and in 2014.
It is apparent that, the proportion of female unemployment for two consecutive years decreased except for Scotland. All four countries experienced economic difficulties in 2013 but economy from three countries got better; Scotland's economy got worse.
England had recorded the worst economy among other countries as it had the highest percentage of unemployed women in 2013 of 6.8%, but this decreased by 0.3% in 2014. Scotland was the only country, which had an increasing percentage of women out of job from 6.1%, which was the second highest percentage, to 6.7% in 2014. This proportion was the highest female jobless rate of four countries in 2014.
In 2013, 5.6% of females from Northern Ireland were out of work and Wales’s women had the similar portion of 5.4%. By 2014, both portion decreased to 4.6% and 5% for Northern Ireland and Wales, respectively. Northern Ireland recorded the lowest unemployment rate in females in 2014.

flaws:
Don't infer something new, like:
All four countries experienced economic difficulties in 2013 but economy from three countries got better; Scotland's economy got worse.
why you think it is 'economic difficulties'?
We can only describe whatever we see from the graphs or charts.
and you ignored one country with the most decreased female unemployment rates : Northern Ireland: from 5.6% to 4.6%
