Looking from an overall perspective, there are seven essential stages of making yoghurt. This process begins with boiling milk at the right temperature in a certain amount of time. It ends with pouring finished products into containers and then being transported.
Firstly, milk is boiled within a tank at 90 Celsius degree for half an hour. It is noted that the longer the milk is boiled, the thicker the yoghurt gets. Secondly, milk is left to cool off at 44 Celsius degree and a thermometer is used to measure the exact temperature of the milk. In the third and fourth stage, live bacteria is added to the milk and it stays in the tank for about 4 hours until the temperature reach 37 Celsius degree.
Sequentially, the dairy tank is put in a refridgerator. After that, sugar is added to yoghurt for more flavour. Finally, the yoghurt will be divided in smaller packagings and be ready for delivery.
