You have recently attended a professional course. Write a letter to your manager to thank him/her for the opportunity and say
– What was it about?
– Explain why it was helpful to you.
– Suggest other co-workers participate in this course.
Respected sir,
I am writing this letter to share my wonderful experience regarding the professional course I attended few days ago. It was mostly regarding the use of a proper physical environment as well as the habit one needs to acquire while they are at the workplace. It provided information stating that the environment will have a great impact on the productivity of an individual. For instance, when the lighting in the room is not efficient, then it will prohibit the individual to focus and concentrate on their work due to inefficient vision caused by improper lighting.
I have always noticed that when I reached home, I always had a headache and back pain. After attending this program, I figured out that the reason for my physical pain was nothing but the small uncushioned chair and working with the electronics without wearing any UV rays glasses. So, now I have decided that I will make use of proper spectacles as well as the chair to avoid any kind of physical strain.
Furthermore, I personally suggest this course to my colleagues as it will provide all the ways and methods that they might adopt to avoid any physical or mental stress. For example, in the course the professional talks about the tactics to maintain a healthy balance between work and family life which will eliminate all the conflicts arising from the class of both personal and professional life.
I am really grateful to you for recommending such a helpful and useful course.
thanking you,
your sincere
Hitakshi
