This diagram illustrates the stages that animal skin is passed in for producing leather products.
Overall, it is a linear process consists of three main phases, starting by getting animal skin dried in a place that is equipped for this purpose, followed by leather processing and ending by manufacturing leather products.
To begin, animal skin is collected and get dried by human. Then, it is ready to be transported to the factory by a truck. Here, where leather preparation process starts by putting it in a washing liquid that consists of water and lime to remove any residue. Next, it is soaked in a lime liquid. After that it is flattened with the assistant of a rolling machine.
Following this, the leather Is re-soaked again, but for this time, in another liquid comprises both of water and vegetable matter. Subsequently, the leather is moved to get polished by another machine. Then, it is delivered by trucks to another factory that produce the final leather products which we consume.
