The sodium and saturated fat represent more in dinner than other meals, but make up the least number in snakes and breakfast. In contrast, the number of added sugar used in snacks tops the list while constitutes smallest in lunch and breakfast.
Dinner is the meal when large amount of sodium(43percent) and saturated fat(37percent) added. However, unlike breakfast and snacks which represent the same number at 14 percent each in sodium, saturated fat is used more in snacks, represent with 21percent, 5percent larger than in breakfast.
On the other hand, the added sugar is the most popular one which is used breakfast of all meals, which is 42percent. However, the studio accounting for added sugar used in breakfast, lunch and dinner share the similar number at 16percent, 19percent and 23percent respectively.
