Manufacturing brick is a complicated process but it’s necessary for the building industry. The final shape of bricks will be gotten by many stages, from the initial digging the clay to the eventual production of bricks.
It’s clear that the seven distinct stages are shown on the flow diagram.
At the first stage in the manufacturing brick process, clay is gathered by the digger machine from the land. The step after this, the clay is filtered by metal grid and the outcomes will be put on the roller. Overtime , it will be mixed by water and sand to be coherent. As a result, it is started to be solid. To get the final shape of bricks, the solid clay will be cut by wire cutter or will be poured in mould. Gradually, bricks are heated by drying oven. The temperature of the kiln is started by 200°C to 980°C. At this point ,the temperature reach to 1300°C as the maximum . After that the brick is gotten colder by the cooling chamber from two to three days. Next, the bricks are collected by the packaging section. The final stage it’s delivered by the trucks to the market.
