It is universally accepted that the precaution is better than the cure. Our ancestors who were following the healthy lifestyle and taking healthy food were used to remain healthy and strong in their later age. Many exercise regimes and diets are prevalent in today's society to shred-off the extra fat from the body, however, many people believe in curtailing poor eating habit and altering modern lifestyle to address the emerging issues of health.
