Some people argue that it is important for them to improve these aspects, either with richer countries help or without it. Nevertheless, helping the poorer countries is one of richer countries responsibility in such regions.
While the world became more and more interconnected, every country should increase the quality of their public services. Improvement in health, education and economic are fundamental aspects for protect themselves from dependency to other countries. Step by step, health and education problems should be solved while economic situation is managed as well. On the other hand, richer nations which provide better education system and health facility for their citizen, have a responsibility to share what they had to the poorer one. It is the way which will keep the world balance and reduce the international tensions.
However, helping other country which is in trouble, somehow will give the Industrial country advantages in the future. It is one way which drove them will get a good international impression. Besides, they have strong trade relation with the developing countries. While one developing country suffers in economic or health problems, the effect would be spread all around the world. For example, in 1960, India had terrible economic situation, and not until one year, most countries in Asia got the same problem. Then it was not took a long time when global economic finally collapse.
Another example case is held in eighteen-century when the world suffered with Pest epidemic disease. The disease first appeared in Southeast Asia and become worldwide tragedy several years after. It was the phenomena which killed millions people in each continental.
Although health, economic or education problems are almost faced only by poor country, the others should take an action to help them find the solution for their own good.
