You have a new job and can no longer attend your regular English class.
Write a letter to the English school. In your letter:
- describe the situation
- explain the problem
- say what you would like to happen now that you cannot attend the lesson.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I will be no longer able to attend the regular English Class because I have moved to another state where I got a new job and It is about 250 miles away from the home.
I went for a short holiday trip with my friends to NewYork where one of them hooked me up with a new opening in their company. I found the opportunity quite valuable in terms of my career growth while giving a chance to travel to Head Office 6 times in a year and all expenses borne by company.
The main impediment factor is the distance. My new job is about 250 miles away from my daily coaching institute. It is not a feasible situation to travel back and forth from my home to my coaching classes. If I decided to come then my whole day would be ended up in travelling leaving no time for sleeping.
I figured out my institute has got branches in this city as well. Therefore, I am going to enroll myself in the branch which is in my city because it would be very convenient for me. It will also allow me to get back on the daily classes with put much gap in my study.
Yours faithfully
FaizalReza
