The gradual increase in old population in rich, modern and industrialized country is really alarming. This will lead to a variety of negative impacts upon their people and society. There are various measures could be taken by governments to tackle this problem.
One of the main problems associated with the increase in the population of senior citizens is that governments need to allocate much more money as a pension for this age group to survive. This imposes a greater tax burden on working populations because of the reduction of labor force and larger amount of money needs. Furthermore if countries have a higher elderly proportion, the demand of healthcare and medical service will rise which can affect to the budgets for other age group. Another problem is that young adults will have to sacrifice their time to look after their elderly relatives.
However, it is not impossible to tackle these problems. Firstly, governments need to enforce the later retirement policy and rise the state pension age. For instant retirement age raise to about 67 years old in France. Besides, government should encourage people to have more children and immigration in order to boost the number of young adults in the future. Another way is governments could allocate funds for youngsters to promote them to be married.
In conclusion, the augmentation of average life expectancy in developed countries is creating some problems. The governments should have immediate and appropriate measures to increase the younger population in order to keep balance for the society.

In this contemporary world,
In this contemporary world, everyone nurtures an innate desire to live long healthy and myriad advancements in the field of medical increase the possibilities of long survival of human beings. there are certain predicaments of this trend which I am articulating in the ensuing paragraphs.
To commence with, awareness about health issues have been increased in the public in the last few decades. In addition, new technologic advancements in the medical field and the number of medicines have been invented for many uncured diseases in the last few years, owing to this people are surviving longer these days. But this trend has been the main concern in various countries because it drastically increases the number of old age persons. For instance, In Japan, in a recent survey, it has been observed that the percentage of old age people immensely increased which put the extra burden on the government. There is also a huge gap between youth and old age ratio which might impact the country's growth.
Furthermore, there are some remedial measures to combat this issue. The Government should create some employment for older people and older people should be more cautious about their health at this age so that they can work. In countries where population density is low, their authorities can encourage for having more children and welcome more immigrants. For instance, countries like Canada are inviting skilled immigrants who are working in Canada, which not only recourse to reduce the younger and older generation gap, but also helping to boost the economy.
To recapitulate, taking into account all the facts mentioned above, I reckon that it can be tackled by the contribution of both the government and the public side.
In the modern world, with…
In the modern world, with the advance of technology, human life expectancy has been increasing at a rapid rate. This essay will discuss the two most important related problems, including increasing the risk of disease, disabilities, and dementia for the elderly and put pressure on countries’ economies. Our essay will also suggest some simple solutions, including increasing retirement age, and getting help from technology.
With thanks to healthier lifestyles, sufficient food, and improve medical care, people live longer so, as countries grow older, several related problems can be anticipated, like growing risk of disease and severe impact on countries’ economies. The main issue is that many people will be eligible to receive a pension so, it will directly affect the GDP index. On the other side, increasing life expectancy causes increased morbidity, and the demand for healthcare will increase. For example, 30% of the population over 60 in the UK become demented and need special care. As can be seen, a growing average of age-rate causes many vital problems, even for developed countries.
Several actions can be taken by governments to alleviate these destructive effects. Firstly, a simple solution would be to increase the retirement age, like from 60 to 70. This slight change can have a very strong effect on countries’ GDP index. Secondly, by investing and developing artificial intelligent robots, the healthcare system can be improved substantially. In this case, the elderly patient can get services from AI robots instead of nurses, which saves a lot of money on medical expenses. These solutions show how governments can decrease the influence of the main issue on the economy and healthcare system.
Although rising in average life expectancy causes vital problems, there are some simple solutions to prevent severe effects. This essay discussed two main related issues and also suggested some simple solutions in detail.
