The flowchart below shows the process involved in completing the work experience requirement for university students.
The diagram illustrates the steps required to complete the work experience requirement of the university students.
It is clear from the diagram that there are six stages involved in fulfilling the requirement for work experience, beginning with choosing a potential workplace and ending with the final report.
At the first step of the process, a student will choose a working place of interest from an approved list, arrange interviews and submit the applications. The next step, at the approval stage, a student needs to be accepted and needs to submit it to a professor for approval. After that, a student is required to make a schedule to work more than 10 hours per week over 20 weeks.
By the fourth stage, a student has to fulfill the weekly report to the professor each Friday Then, during the final week of working, the supervisor will work with participants in evaluation meeting and submit the Evaluation Form. Finally, a student has to submit the final report before the last week of spring semester.
