The pie charts illustrate the distribution of energy to generate electricity in different countries from 2003 to 2008.
Overall, it is obvious that fossil fuel took up the largest rate in India and VN, while the nuclear power was the major contributor to the production of electricity in Sweden and Morocco.
As can be seen from the charts, fossil fuel accounted for the vast majority of total used energy in India, at 82%. In VN, its counterpart took up just over a half. On the other hand, the using of hydropower to generate electricity made up nearly a half in VN and a minority percentage of this renewable energy was used in India, at 14%. Moreover, the nuclear power was also used by Indian government with a insignificant proportion, at 4%.
In comparison with two countries above, in Morocco, hydropower consisted a massive 95% of the source of supply. Whereas the government of Sweden merely used over a half, 52%. Additionally, a minor portion of fossil fuel was taken to the electricity production in Sweden and Morocco, at 4% and 5% respectively. Nuclear power came out second in the list of used energy for providing electricity in Sweden (44%), but Morocco shoed no interest in this kind of energy.
