You work in a company and recently there has been a computer problem in your office. Write a letter to your manager:
-Introduce yourself
-Describe the problem
-Ask him to take immediate measures in this regard
Dear Sir,
I am writing to let you know about a computer software problem that I have experienced two days ago. I am Sharin Stewart, working as a computer assistant at your data express company.
You know all of our company’s computer is running on windows 7. In the last week, we have installed the latest version of Microsoft Office. Though it is said that this software will run smoothly, but it is working properly in the current windows platform. Not only the windows, but also the rams are not supporting the new version of office effectively. I think if this situation continues then it will be a great problem for us.
To get rid of this unwanted situation, I request you to give instruction to upgrade the windows platform. It would be great if more powerful rams are installed. As our company is going to have more new software, in my opinion, we need to consult with computer hardware firm so that, in future, such problems do not occur.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Sharin Stewart
