I am writing to complain about the bad service I have received from your bank.
I have been the customer of your bank since 7 years ago. Unfortunately, my last check book has finished and I have ordered a new one 2 weeks ago on 26th of June. I checked your website and by using the customer and services section I could register my request and I have been given a reference number for further followings which is 223355xc.
I would like to know how much longer I have to be waited for getting my new check book since there is a brilliant bargain for the home appliances in Ikea shop and I need the check book for purchasing a few of my necessary items such as fridge and washing machine. This sale would be finished by the end of June.
Since it has passed more than 2 weeks of my request, I would like you to pay a considerate attention to this issue and take it of high priority. Otherwise, I would be entitled to take the issue to the court.
