You work for an international company. Recently your job has changed and you believe that more training is needed. Write a letter to your manager and say
- How has your job changed?
- Describe a type of training you will need.
- Suggest the arrangements incorporating training and your work.
Dear Human Resources manager,
My name is Jessica and I am writing this letter to make a request in regards to my new role at this company.
Recently, there has been an internal promotion and I have been put in charge of international accounts management team.
Previously, I have only had to understand an accounting software which is used by all local clients. However, as a result of recent promotion, now I will have to gain basic knowledge on other accounting softwares that are commonly used by international clients. Competency in these programs will allow me to accurately understand and audit our company's international clients business operations. Therefore, I would like to receive regular training sessions for these software programs for the next three months.
I am available on every monday from 2pm until 3pm, however I can adjust the time depending on the trainer's schedule. Please confirm if this arrangement is suitable as soon as possible.
