Greater amount of exports to rest of the world was observed in the business services & finance, hotels and restaurant services whilst a significantly lesser amount of trading was recorded in electrical & instrument engineering industry. Similarly, greater amount of trading to the rest of the UK was observed in chemical & mineral product industry whilst lesser amount of trading in other manufacturing industries.
In terms of trading to rest of the world, the business services & finance, hotels and restaurant services contributes to £13.8 billion which is higher than any other industries where as the minimum amount of trading was £2.3 billion(electrical & instrument engineering). The trading to agriculture, forestry, fishing and mining industry was increased by £0.1 billion from the minimum amount. Similarly, the same case takes place in manufacture of food & drink industry and other manufacturing industry(£5.8 billion & £5.9 billion respectively). The second largest amount of exports were done in chemical and mineral product industry which is £9.5 billion.
On the other hand, the maximum amount of exports to the rest of the world is only £5 billion(chemical and mineral product). The minimum amount of exports is £0.6 billion for agriculture, forestry, fishing and mining industry. The trade gradually rises to rest of the industries.
