Estimable Manager,
I wanted to express my appreciation for the immaculate arrangements and superior service received at your magnificent hotel on my aunt 90th birthday.
The place was less noisy and melodious music with dim lights ambiance made the atmosphere warm and cozy. Since the event was attended by most of the elderly people, they loved such calmly environment. The waiters were professional particularly Mr. John have been impassioned and cooperative sorting out much and take care of our requirements.
The party was thrown so that aunt childhood companions got a chance to see one another. They were continuously discussing those times from claiming their youth, as they use to meet every day.
The quality and presentation of the food provided was remarkably committed and everyone feel gratified. Similarly the beverages served to lodging at the right temperature to expend for full delight. Although the deck was bit uneven which I noticed but it was ignorable.
Please accept my gratitude, and extend my regards to your staff for extraordinary work.
Yours Faithfully,
Ali
