Juveniles graduated from high school. They tend to get a job or continue tertiary education. While I accept that to get a job after finish school. I would argue that it is better to go to college or university.
The opinion to start work after school advantageous to extent. They earn living as soon as possible. In the way, they don't rely on my parents and they have to change with themselves. They will be able to afford their own house or start a family. Furthermore, they have practical and professional skills. This lead to promotions and success to the career in the future.
On the other hand, I believe that it is more beneficial for students to continue their studies. Firstly, there are many jobs require having to academic qualifications. For example, it is the impossible doctor or lawer without having a relevant degree. Secondly, the university will impart the knowledge necessary for their career in the future. They will become competitive in the job market. There are hundreds of applicants for one position in a company. The recruiter will preference to applicants have qualifications from college or university.
For the reason mentioned above, I think students will achieve success in their career if they continue tertiary education.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
