From the author's point of view, we shouldn't allow vaccins against cow flu. At first glance, the assumptions look sustained but after much reflection they are not supported by any arguments.
First, there isn't any elements supporting the fact that lives might be saved if inoculations were adminestred. To make this argument stronger, the author should have given references or datas from experiences from the laboratory who supply the vaccin or a study led by scientists.
Additionaly, "small possibility" is a really vague term in relation to the risk of death for an individuals who has been administered the vaccim. To give a clear degree of risk, the author should have input datas such as proportionality or datas from experiences to support this statement.
In this article we don't know anything about the cow flu, is it a life threatening virus? Is there alternative medicines, existent or at the experiement state, to cure the disease? With more informations regarding the cow flu, the need or not for this vaccin would have been in set in a better perspective for the reader.
Moreover no statements from people concerned by the deasease has been input in the author's text. Such experience would have decuplate the value of the author's argument.
In conclusion the author point isn't necesseraly unvalid, however by not mentioning any datas and examples, the author wrote an essay with unsupported arguments which leave the reader unable to validate his idea.
