Government should fund the works of arts and this will facilitate the availability of arts to all people. According to Desmond Holland, "Arts is necessary to flourish very well among the people if the government helps to fund it". This level of concentration by the government to fund the works of arts can help to make arts available to even the penury one's.

Government can help to fund the work of arts which leads to the development and improvement of arts in the society. The world today is made up of the work of arts. Every body in the society wants to have the work of arts available to them; How can this come to reality? It is only the government can help to solve the needs of the people. For example, in China, every thing in their environment is made up of the work of arts. The Chinese government helpes to fund this project and makes it easier for people to have arts product; the production of ceramics such as, Plates, Pots, Cups, Tiles etc are made available to people in China even the poor one's.

Arts can flourish very well if the government is behind the production of arts works by its auspices. The government can help people who are talented in the work of arts; the fund can be an instrument in propeling their work. The help of the government can foster individual skills who wants to be involved in the work of art. The production process needs a capital to start a good business in arts products. For example, in Dubia, their government helps citizens to start the production of arts work and has lead to a great improvement in the country. The help from the government has also reduced the rate of unemployment and Dubia (Arab Emirate) today is among the world leading business countries in arts works and production, such as, in the production of clothes, shoes, wristwatchs, electronic gadgets etc.

The threat from government funding arts works can be perilous. This will make every work of arts to be a subsidiary to the government; arts work being controlled by the government will curtail the production of arts. The government may be lax in producing arts works and this will lead to a high demand of arts products and the prices of this products will increase and turn to exorbitant price. For example, in Nigeria, if the government tries to be in control of arts works by funding it, their will be a bias in the production of this products and only few people who are rich will have access to this products.

However, government can help in the funding of arts works which will help to foster individuals who are skillful in the produciton of arts products. Government helping by funding arts will facilitate the production of arts and making it to be available to every one in the country.

In conclusion, if arts products should be available to every individual in the society, then the government needs to fund the production of arts products. The funding of the products will make it to flourish and people who are talented in in the country can come out and make use of their skills. This will lead to less unemployment in the country and people can have something they can do. It may well be a threat if the government funds the production of arts and this may lead to lax production of arts, making the demand high.
