There has been many speculations about how a novice person in any field is more responsible and exuberant towards their work in comparison to someone who is an expert of that field. People have always been intrigued to analyze that the fact that why this kind of behaviour is so prominent in work. Needless to say, i completely concord with the claim that beginner are more amiable and gives contribution in their work.
Despite of the circumstances, and lack of cognizance about their work beginners are always ready with the smile in their face to help their clients. In other words, drive and passion to fulfill their dreams are very fresh which helps them to be more focused and tackle any obstacles that comes along their way. For example, if you need more information about certain things, than an intern is more nimble to go through all process that you need to fullfill or is required in order to seal the deal rather than a senior of that office.
Most of the time, expert of the field are are pompous and petulant which would definitely give an uncongenial vibe to their clients. They have had gone through all of the hurdles during early phases of their career so they are quite often indolent. We all are wary about the fact that with new energy and youth in any field new ideas and contributions are made. For instances, with the development of modern technology and internet their hand todays youth are more creative and hence more participation in the work.
Moreover, sometimes beginner needs more knowledge about certain situation to get more adapted in that particular field so they need to put more effort in their work. As, the youngsters are the future of the world they need have to be more heedful for any consequences that would come along their way.
To rebuttal, one who is an intern or beginnner is more likely to make more contribution in comparision to the expert of the field because of their fresh and young drive for the wok.On top of that they also need to be more habituated in their field of work.
