The best way to teach is to praise positive actions and ignore negative ones
Teaching is a valuable part of shaping the perception and mindset of everyone. Making such a huge impact on everyone’s life, it comes with enormous responsibility. The optimistic approach towards others by praising their positive points is highly appreciated in today’s scenario. People often prefer to stay in such a domain where they are approbated for their benevolent, philanthropic actions. The acknowledgment makes us feel more confident and help us in accomplishing more goals. For instance, in everyday life when we are occupied by our daily chaos but single praise from our colleagues or our respected teachers, releases a lot of endorphins which make us feel more avid.
Human life is just like a wave full of crest and troughs. I truly admit that praising someone for their positive actions can boost their souls but ignoring their negatives ones can actually clog their thoughts. To excel in life be sure to surround yourself with critics. They transform and open your zone of the horizon by making you face your fears, evils thoughts. An élite teacher is a critical appraiser who not only praises but also evaluates our negative points. Further, it not only helps us know our positives behavior but also gave us the chance to improve our negative actions. Accepting your flaws is not everyone’s cup of tea. But someone who understands it, truly gone make a huge difference in their professional and personal life.
The human brain is full of perplexing ideas. Every person is distinctly accompanied with their own strengths and limitations. In today’s life, demons are not far away from us they quite often live inside our brain and heart. Perhaps teaching is the most proper road of enlightenment for any person A proper vigilant by the teacher or any person is the need of the hour which not only praises ourselves but also pinpoints our mistakes.
