Dear sir/Madam,

I am witting to inquire about my lost suitcase during my last week’s travel; still, I have not heard anything regarding this issue.

Last Saturday, I travelled from Sydney to Brisbane with passenger Id 2567. During boarding, I submitted my suitcase and got a receipt (no.125363).When my plane arrived at Brisbane airport, it is obvious, I went to get it. But to my surprise, it was not there. I was waiting and waiting in baggage collection area but couldn’t find my suitcase.

The lost suitcase is of red colour and there is a small scratch mark on its bottom left corner. The name “SAGGI” is written on its top right corner. I have my clothes, books and mobile charger in the suitcase. In addition, I have my important paper work in that which I really need urgently, unfortunately I don’t have any copies of these papers, most important papers of current workout are also in that and, to be honest, those were the only copy I have.

I have already submitted the recept and description letter to your “Lost and Found” department, but I have not heard anything yet. So could you please inform me your process in this case?
