The first chart below shows the important reasons for study among students of different age groups. The second chart indicates the amount of motivate they received from employers.

In the first chart under 26 aged people study for career approximately 80% and 10% of 26 ages people study for interest. Also, 60% of under 26 aged people support their education. Between 26 and 29 aged people study for career and for interest regarding to 69% and 15%. These aged people who motivate them are 51%. in 30-39 ages majority of the people study for career and its point is 57%. Other 23% people study for interest. The employers who are 40-49 aged encourage them approximately 37%.

in conclusion older people who are over 49 study for career and for interest regarding to 70% and 28%. over 49 aged people support them approximately 41%.The older students study for interest than for career. The younger students study for career mostly. Younger supporter usually motivate students.
