The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they received from employers.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisions where relevant.

The first bar chart illustrates the main reasons for study of students from many age groups. The second bar chart gives information about employer support that they received. Both diagrams are divided into five age groups. They are under 26, 26-29, 30-39, 40-49 and over 49.

Overall, the first bar chart shows the rise of people who study for interest when they get older. In constrast, when becoming older, people studying for career reduce. The second bar chart describes that employer support goes down through age groups until people are 39 years old before increasing again when they reach 40 and over.

With the age under 26, 80% persons studies for career whereas it is only 10% for interest. In contrast, the rate of over 49 year olds studying for career is approx 10% while 70% of over 49 year olds studies for interest. This rate is only stable when people are between 40 and 49 years old. 40% of them studies because of career and the same rate for interst.

Over 60% support people receive from their employer for study when they are under 26. The support from employer is lowest when they are at age group 30-39. Employer support is predicted to increase slightly when people become 40 and over.
