The bar diagram illustrates the proportion of computer owners by the population ,and by level of education between 2002 and 2010.
In 2002, the percentage of population having computer was about 58% ,whereas this figure increased gradually to 60% in 2004. The graph showed a gradual increment in the proportion of computer ownership by people, which was between 60% and 70% over a period of two years. By 2010, however, the percentage of population taking computer reached to almost 75%.
In 2002, the percentage of computer ownership by no high school diploma stood at 15% , which further increased significantly to above 40% in 2010. Similarly, the proportion of computer ownership by college (incomplete) level rose from about 55% to 95% over the same period of time. Both bachelor degree and postgraduate qualification showed almost equal proportion , between 70% to 90%, of computer ownership in a given period of time.
Overall ,it is clear that the proportion of computer ownership by the population and by level of education increased gradually throughout a period of time.
