The line graph illustrates the changes in a number of consumption of fast food by Australian adolescence from 1975 to 2000.
Noticeably, as time goes by, the preference of Australian teenager has changed from fish and chips to hamburgers. Most of fast food shows an incremental trend except for fish and chips. At the beginning of those periods, fish and chips were the most popular fast food amongst Australian adolescents but this changed at the end of the period.
In 1975, Australian teenagers have eaten almost 100 times per year and then within 10 years, there was a brief drop by 15 times and rose back to 95. Other two fast foods (pizza and hamburgers) increased dramatically to 85 and 35 respectively, while fish and chips fluctuate. After 1985, fish and chips got lose interest by Australian teenagers entering into a declining trend while hamburgers increased constantly and stable for last 5 years. During those periods, the preference for Australian Pizza picked up its speed to be 85 times by 1995 and then, it stabilized till the rest of the periods.
