The three bar charts below illustrate the number of girls per 100 boys in every stage of education from 1990 to 2000. The charts are ramified into two main part, developed and developing countries and also there is targets which is numbered by 100. Overall, it can be seen that in developed countiries the number of girls per 100 boys were higher than developing countries at all levels of education system.
First chart which is about primary level, in developing countries there were 83 girls per 100 boys in 1990 but after 10 years this indicator increased to 87 and at secondary level these results were lower for developing countries these numbers were 72 and 82 respectively. In contrast to developing countries, the indicators were slightly higher in developed contiries. For both education levels all numbers were shown over 90. In detail, during ten years the number of girls reached its peak point (99) at secondary stage.
Moving on to tertairy education, all indicators were changed for both of the countries. In detail, the number of girls declined within 10 years below the 80 in undeveloped countries but in contrast to these points, in developed countries reached its peak point again so in 1990 and 2000 at tertairy level the numbers were 105 and 112 respectively
