The bar chart
The bar chart gives information about the comparison of four different European countries relating to the amount of working hours every week in 2002.
Overall, it can be seen clearly from the chart that in France, people spent about 31-35 hours per week the most working for industry, as compared to other three countries spent about 36-40 hours the most working.
First of all, the proportion of 36-40 hours accounted the highest position in the charts of Denmark, Swenden and the UK, with 70%, 80% and 50% respectively. By contrast, the France people spent the most 31-35 working every week, with just above a half and nearly 40% for the percentage of 36-40 hours.
On the other hand, the proportion of the amount of 1-14 hours was the least in France and Swenden, with nearly 10% for both. In comparison with that of Denmark and the UK, the amount of 21-30 working hours was the least in Denmark, with about 9% and that of the UK accounted for 8% of the amount 15-20 working hours.
