The bar chart illustrates how many men and women students chose neccessary subjects ranging from sciences to law in university in 2005.
Overall, it can be seen that the number of male choosing humanities was the same as that of femalw.
Looking at the details, there were 22 thousands male studying sciences which was twice as much as female with 11 thousands. Likewise, men students studied more mathematics than women with 18 thousands and 4 thousands, resectively. While, the male's choice of literature was 15 thousands higher than female's, there were more men choosing law than women with 10 thousands and 5 thousands, respectively.
Turning to the other datas, female chose by far the most social sciences among these subjects with almost 25 thousands, while there were nearly 15 thousands male studying this subject. Similarly, the number of women studied languages was sighnificantly higher than that of men with 18 thousands and 2 thousands, respectively. Women students chose more the arts than male wuth 10 thousands. In contrast, there was a slight different with humanities when there were the same students choosing it with 13 thousands.
